Its easy if you are using Windows XP
1- type ncpa.cpl in run
2- create a new dialup conenction using Phone modem with standard settings
3- Keep username and password fields blank
4- Now, open control panel, go to phone and modem option
5- In second tab Advanced, choose the phone modem (must be on some com port).
6- Go to properties of the same and then to advanced of the modem properties page
7- Here you will find a box name Initialization command
paste the below code as it is:
at+cgdcont=1,"ip","pps3g"

now use the dialup connection and it should connect, if you are using MTNL Prepaid. For postpaid, I am not sure that the same access point works or not!! even in that case, You will needed to know access point and put the same in initialization command in place of pps3g

Best be using Sony PC Suit and using Internet Connection tab there. Change the access point to pps3g and it should work, if your phone is connected to Laptop over PC.

If your Laptop not getting connected with Phone over bluetooth, then its another issue that you will be needed to figure out.
