For postpaid, I am not sure that the same access point works or not!! even in that case, You will needed to know access point and put the same in initialization command in place of pps3g Its easy if you are using Windows XP

Change the access point to pps3g and it should work, if your phone is connected to Laptop over PC. If your Laptop not getting connected with Phone over bluetooth, then its another issue that you will be needed to figure out. Best be using Sony PC Suit and using Internet Connection tab there.
